Since 2013, Kolonial has grown fast. They were 10 people in the beginning, but now they are almost 400 employees. How do you make sure everyone moves in the same direction? Espen Sandve talked about alignment, and how strategy and clear goals play a huge part if you want to be successful. You need a clear direction, clear goals, a great strategy – and you need to be able to communicate that strategy across the company and across teams.
