Nudging in Service Design
Nudging can help people make better decisions, for themselves, for service providers and for the society. Lavrans launched a systematic 5-step method to combine behavioural economics with service design as way to achieve big results with simple means. The approach was supported by research and practical examples.
Lavrans is a partner at PwC where he runs Norway's most multidisciplinary design team.
He founded the world's first Service Design company in London in 2001, has co-authored two internationally renowned books on the topic. Lavrans is an idealist, and always keen to understand what's next.
