Start smart for better teamwork!
In this talk, Therese from NHH discussed how we can work more efficiently as a team. The truth is that we spend a lot of time trying to make collaboration work.
At the beginning of the talk, Therese explained that we are often more creative and come up with more ideas as individuals than as teams. The key to success, is to make teams work. The team needs clear goals, everyone in the team needs to know their role, and the team members need to agree how to work together. Also, the teams need to be reflective as reflective teams are more ffecient than non-reflective teams.
