Yara Paoli
Yara is a psychologist and international growth expert. She invented Growth-OS (Growth Operating System) and currently consulting for start ups all over the world and acting as Chief Growth Officer for the marketplace for online language learning Preply.
She has worked for various online companies in the past. In 2010 she joined Skyscanner, enabling growth across 50 markets, leading teams across marketing, product, engineering, data science. She started as employee number 32, when she left Skyscanner had over 1000 employees and was sold for 1.4 billion £.
